Steven K Anderson, Sr. -President /Visionary

 

North Carolina A & T State University, Archittectrual Engineering BS, 1983 undergraduate 

 

Experience:  Project Manager / Civil Engineer for General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Government for over 40-years Design and Construction. Duties are:

 

  • Manage and oversee Master Plan Studies ​​

  • Environmental assessments

    • Wetland Delineation​

    • Traffic Studies

    • Forest Stands

  • Manage large and complex projects.

  • Lead and coordinates planning and construction efforts on site work considerations. 

    • Civil engineering

    • Public transportation

    •  Water sources

    • Electrical Power

    •  Sewage and other infrastructure

    • Site conditions conducive to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing considerations.

 

  • Lead and coordinates planning, design, and construction build-out

    • architectural,

    • mechanical,

    • electrical, and

    • plumbing considerations conductive to large facilities. 

    • Special alarm systems, 

    • Radio frequency shielded walls (SCIFS)

    • HVAC requirements,

    • Fire sprinklers, and

    • Electrical Requirements for special equipment.

 

  • Lead and coordinate plans on all aspects of above-standard build-outs i

    • Auditoriums,

    • Cafeterias,

    • Retail and trade areas,

    • SCIF areas,

    • Special Laboratories,

  • Leads in the planning and coordination of all security aspects of major facilities with appropriate Federal and local officials. 

  • Consults with local agency representatives.

    • Special architectural, mechanical, electrical or fire safety requirements (e.g., special alarm systems to protect classified files

    • Radio-frequency shielded walls, doors, and ducts for diversified communication rooms.

    • and special load-bearing capacities for public, reference rooms and libraries.

  • Coordinate plans for occupancy (e.g., plans the installation of special equipment prior to occupancy or schedules one area to be completed).

  • Serve as team leader over other technical experts in various disciplines related to GSA projects.

    • Prepares master schedules for simultaneous coordination of a number (e.g. 4 to 8) small and prospectus level projects with short and long range.

    • Coordinate with agency representatives to make sure deadlines, e.g., offices of different agencies, are met that must be moved to different locations.

The reason why we chose Mrs. Joycelyn Bazemore is because of her vast experience in Commercial and Residential Property Management; and her excellent communication oral and writing skills.   Mrs. Bazemore is an experienced Credentialed and Diplomatic Professional Executive who is very passionate in developing and building strong relationships with people, and communities, in which her desire is to operate with honesty and integrity.  As President of Nehemiah Properties Management, Mrs. Bazemore shall implement strategies to ensure that quality control of the facilities maintain high standards of appearance and operations with professional efficient and General Accounting Practices:

  • Commercial Shopping Retail and Services Complex

  • Residential Mixed-Use Workforce Apartments

  • Senior Independent Housing Apartment

  • Maintain Landscaping and appearance in all common areas throughout the community.

In addition, Mrs. Bazemore, shall be Vice-President of "Catch of the Day" Youth Community Center. Mrs. Bazemore genuinely cares about the Youth today and tomorrow and has the canny ability to connect with adolescents, teenagers, and young adults.

Michael E Mills -Vice -President

“Catch of the Day” -President /Visionary

 

Mr. Michael Mills value cannot be quantified nor measured, because he has a passionate to serve the Youth to give them hope where there seems to be NO hope.  Mr. Mills has the skillful ability to connect with the youth and to build a rapport by encouraging them, that “anything is possible if you just believe”. One of his activities is that he sponsored numerous fishing trips with the youth.

 

As child his grandparents used to take him fishing and he has been hooked ever since adolescent years.  An avid fisherman from the shores to deep sea fishing he has been fishing for over 40-years. Mr. Mills desires to reach the youths who are at risk by giving them fishing and educational opportunities to give them confidence to reach their goals and dreams in life.  “Catch of the Day” Youth Community Center’s TEAM, Mr. Mills and Mrs. Bazemore brings a fresh approach to initiate change in school systems and urban areas in need of overall revitalization. Our goal is to unleash the game changers, agents of change, difference makers in our staff, youth participants and partners. Our Mission is to impact and transform the mindset and direction of youth into productive citizens of this nation, through duplication, by tapping into their God given talents and desires revealing that they can experience the "impossible." We are building and developing visions through partnerships with like-minded entrepreneurs set to empower youth and transform communities. Catch of the Day is a program within a 100,000 square foot, state of the art development center. The first center will be in the Community neighborhood in Baltimore, Maryland, and will be duplicated in neighborhoods throughout this nation. Catch of the Day will be partnering with Nehemiah Developers to rehabilitate the Community neighborhood, by rebuilding the physical neighborhood, while rebuilding the mindsets. Mr. Mills’ trailblazing plan to influence and encourage the youth that they can accomplish anything in life to be a great contributor to their families and community to build strong wholesome relationships. Mr. Mills is primed for the Community Redevelopment Project.
